Frozen Mango Margaritas

mangomarg2

Yes, I know …. margaritas? That is NOT Paleo. I agree, however, if you are looking to treat yourself or are throwing a BBQ or party, this is probably one of your better choices if you are looking to indulge in an adult drink. Make these up in large batches and just store in the fridge until you or your guests are ready for one. Rim the glass with margarita salt if you wish and enjoy (responsibly!)

Frozen Mango Margaritas

For each margarita ….

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (I just scoop my dry 1 cup measuring cup into the bag and add it to the blender)
  • 2 oz. water (you can also split this: part water and more tequila if you want it strong)
  • 2 oz. tequila
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lime

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Serve in a glass rimmed with salt if you wish.
